Popularly ("we", "us") helps you track your reach across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook and computes a Popularity score from that data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
When you connect Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook, we request read-only access and only ever read public statistics: follower/subscriber counts, post counts, likes, comments, and your public display name or handle. We never post, message, or change anything on your connected accounts, and we never request your password for these platforms โ authentication happens directly with Instagram/YouTube/Facebook via their own sign-in screens.
You can disconnect any linked account at any time from the Connect screen, which immediately stops any further syncing from that account.
Popularly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs (including the YouTube Data API) to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Premium subscriptions are billed and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details โ we only receive a signed confirmation that a purchase happened, which we use to unlock premium features on your account.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at contact@heliocorp.tech.
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at contact@heliocorp.tech to exercise any of these rights.
Popularly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Access to connected-account tokens and your data is restricted to what the app needs to compute your score.
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the version above and ask existing users to re-consent where required.
